How to Treat Bad Leg / Foot Cramps for Chronic Kidney Disease

Bad leg/foot cramps can be a common of chronic kidney disease in which case the patients will have electrolyte disorder, heart problem, lack of immunity and so on. Besides, how to treat bad leg/foot cramps for chronic kidney disease patients? 
Causes
Ⅰ. Dehydration. Insufficient intake of water can cause deficient supply of nutrients to different part of the body. In this case, muscles of body fail to function properly.
Ⅱ. Minerals and vitamin deficiency. Deficiencies of thiamine (B1), pantothenic acid (B5), and pyridoxine (B6) are known to give rise to muscle cramps. Deficiency of minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium also cause bad leg/foot cramps in CKD Stage 4.
Ⅲ. Drugs and stimulants
Diuretic medicines and drugs like thiazides, digitalis, acetazolamide, etc may cause severe cramps. Stimulants such as caffeine is also a cause.
Ⅳ. Other possible causes
Cramps may occur as side effects of other healthy conditions and medical procedures such as Dialysis, Diabetes, anemia, certain disorder of peripheral nerves, etc.
Treatment for bad leg/foot cramps in CKD Stage 4
a. Gently massaging the affected area. Use circular movement to stimulate blood circulation.
b. Perform stretching in a slow and controlled manner works well to get rid of cramps.
c. Keep the affected leg in an elevated position.

d. Taking some natural and effective treatment to reverse CKD.
