Advice and Recommend Me Treatment to FSGS with Edema and Proteinuria

Patient: I have had FSGS since I was 11 years of age, now I am 20. The symptoms I have are edema and proteinuria. I am on Prednisolone and cyclophosphamide medicines, but they don’t seem that useful. Please advice and recommend me.
